On November 11th, the 200MW+160MWh energy storage-based photovoltaic (PV) project in Jitang, Chaya County, Changdu City, Tibet Autonomous Region, powered by DeepBlue 4.0 Pro high-efficiency modules supplied by JA Solar, achieved grid connection. This project is a significant step in accelerating the construction of the Eastern Tibet National Clean Energy Base, yielding substantial economic, social, and ecological benefits.
The DeepBlue 4.0 Pro modules have passed rigorous reliability tests under extreme conditions, including high altitude, high UV radiation, low air density, and snow and ice loads, demonstrating their perfect adaptability to the environmental and climatic conditions of Tibet.
On December 6th, JA Solar and Tibet Development & Investment Corporation (Tibet Investment Group) jointly held the Eastern Tibet High-Altitude Clean and Low-Carbon Development Forum and the "Roof of the World" exploration tour for the photovoltaic extreme challenge expert team in Changdu, Tibet. At the forum, Xu Tingting, Senior Vice President of Global Renewable Energy, President of Global PV Operations Center and Vice President of Greater China at TÜV NORD, presented the "High Wind Speed Wind Tunnel Certification Certificate" to JA Solar's DeepBlue 4.0 Pro module. Dr. Zhang Jun, Product Technology Director of JA Solar, received the certificate on stage.
